PNP Business Program

Provincial Nominee Programs for business applicants are usually known as FAST TRACK PROGRAMS. The Processing time is less  for the Provincial Nominees as compare to Federal class business applicants. However in all cases, applicants must clear medical and security requirements as prescribed, before issuance of Visa.

Business applicants who immigrate to Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program have the Business skills, Education and Net worth needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province or territory that nominates them. They are ready to establish themselves successfully as permanent residents in Canada. To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by any one of the following Canadian province or territory:

- Manitoba

- Ontario

- Saskatchewan

- British Columbia

- New Brunswick

- Nova Scotia

- Prince Edward Island

- Yukon

- Northwest Territories

There are different program requirements by the Provinces in Canada for the Business class applicants. However, to apply basic conditions are for Business Management Experience, Net worth and Intention to establish in suggested Province. All provinces require investing in a business and also actively participating in the management of the business.

In all cases, Provinces require that applicants should come for an exploratory visit and attend an Interview with the Visa Officer. If applicable, you can also discuss your Business Plans during your interview. At Transglobe Consultancy Services Inc., we assess business people first according to their profile and suggest most suitable program for them.
